Supplements During Workout??

two questions:

1) post workout i drink Whey in milk but i've been reading that it might be better in water is that true?

2) also, i've been reading that there are supplements that you can take in the middle of your workout to enhance your gains, if this is so what and when in the workout should i take it?

1) true , the protein is gonna have a faster absorption on water
2) x-tend from scivation or growth factor from nutrabolics are 2 good examples, in general aminos is what you need during w/o, take them spread through the wo

He got's it right. I do both those things.

1) correct
2) bcaas in gatorade is enough
