I'm wondering if EAS Glutamine (L-Glutamine ) and Designer Protein (Designer Whey Protein Powder) could both be used? If not, which would be best to use? If so, which should be taken when, taken at the same time? I'm not bulking and I'm not cutting... I'm weightlifting and eating healthy to lose weight and gain muscle.

Thats what I plan on taking, but I'm not sure if they can be taken together, like the same time periods. If its fine to take both, I'm looking for a plan or schedule to work them both into... I'm not sure when to take what, to mix them, or what... Also, it would be fine to take a daily multivitamin like GNC Men's Mega Men along with my daily Glutamine and Whey Protein supplements?

I think it should be fine ... As long as your not taking too much over 30g of protein...

Unless anyone else has anything to say...
 
I wanted ask some questions about supplements.
Here are the supplements I am considering taking right now.
L-Glutamine
Whey Protein Powder
Flax Oils

(Multivitamin)

I'm wondering if all those supplements could be taken together. Like can they can be taken together as in your supplement stack and can they be taken together as in the same mixture? Also, does that seem like a good and safe supplement stack? Are those supplements needed?

Later I would plan on adding a new supplement to the stack. Like N-Large 2 or Swole V2 or Creatine Monohydrate. I'm lost at which I should take... Like either Swole V2 or Creatine Monohydrate only, or N-Large 2 only, or Swole V2 or Creatine Monohydrate with N-Large 2.

I'm not bulking and I'm not cutting... I'm weightlifting and eating healthy to lose fat and gain muscle. I'm wondering if all that might be to many supplement to be taking when I add 1 or 2 of those bigger supplement into the stack.

You can take all of those supplements togeother with no problem . keep in mind that adding flax seed oil slows down the absorbtion of whey protein , so dont take it after your workout, i usually take it before bed since i dont have a good bedtime protein....

I have never heard of anything bad about mixing over 30g of whey with l glutamine, i have been doing it every day for the past year......
 
where do u live , u should be able to go to a natural food store to buy it , i wouldnt feel right buying on the net because that oil MUST be refrigerated at all times or it goes bad really quickly. Also buy the liquid form(it tastes like shit) but 1 tblspoon is equal to like 14 pills or some shit like that ........and the pills are huge .. the only advantage i believe of taking pills are u dont get the nasty taste.....
 
I wanted to know if this was good for taking glutamine.

workout days -
5g before workout
5g after workout
10g before bed

rest/other days -
5g morning
10g before bed

is that fine? to much in places? to little in places?
