The label is wrong based on the serving volume to weight, cups to grams. I don't recall the true value but if you have a scale you can figure it out. If you have a local home brew shop you can get it even cheaper.

not cheaper...its 2.50 a lb i believe...they might have a deal.....you can get 50 lbs at supp direct for like 49 hehe...cant beat that.

Just use a cheap food scale to weigh it out, it will be close enough, you don't need a precision scientfic scale.
