Supplementation Plan

I put together my supplementation plan. I wanted to get some feecback on it.

* Supplementation Plan *

Workout Days

- In The Morning
5g Glutamine + 1 Scoop Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Flax Seed Oil

- Before Workout
1 Scoop Protein Powder

- After Workout
1 Scoop Protein Powder
5g Glutamine

- Before Bed
5g Glutamine

Non Workout Days

- In The Morning
5g Glutamine + 1 Scoop Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Flax Seed Oil

- Before Bed
1 Scoop Protein Powder
5g Glutamine

Is that good enough? I was thinking about dropping the morning supplement intakes on workout days and adding 2 scoops of protein powder after workout, and 10g glutamine before bed.
 
also u want the protein to get to u as fast as u can, so skip the flax seed oil in the morning...

and also at bed, take in sum protein , or casein protein for the better

oral glutamine is used by the small intestine as energy, so much so that nearly none makes it through.

The best time for flax seed is 2X a day..... once during mid afternoon and one before bed...

For protein...

A whey protein in the morning
a casein protein mid morning for a "snack"
a casein after noon shake (maybe flax seed oil if u want)
pre workout whey shake/ during workout shake
post workout whey shake
before bed casein shake + flax seed oil

as for glutamine.... I think Gplenish is the best. If your take in 5 mgs.... your body isn't gonna receive all of it from the digestive process. better off getting Gplenish
