I apologize for the double post but I may be on a time limit.
I'm a 32 year old male who is NOT interested in lifting competitively nor do I want to look like the terminator. I only lift to look good naked. To that end I have been looking for a way to bring out the elusive "6 pack". My searches have brought me to Oxandrolone and Tamoxfin. Being a supplement virgin I have no idea what dosage, quantity to purchase. I am also getting conflicting info on how and when to take them.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I should probably add I'm currently 160 lbs.
Long story short: Diet is tight, routine is solid. I need to cut but don't know enough about either of these supplements to make proper use of them.
