I'm 6' 36 yoa male and weigh about 185 (with a little more fat than I'd like around the mid-section). New to body building and wanted to ask you guys for some suggestions on supplements. A lot of what I read seems like hype. I would like to add as much strength and lean muscle as possible. I'm about a month in to a six month window to see what I can do. My goal is to be 190lbs to 195lbs with a lot lower body fat than I have now. I really like what I've been reading about testosterone. Are any of the otc test supplements better than others. You guys seem to know what your talking about. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
