Supplement suggestions

Looking for suggestions on what supplements i should look into.

To start a little history.
After 5 years of school (college/tech) 8-4 and working nights from 5 til 11.
I had gained to 334 lbs (i know) from poor diet and 0 exercise.
Finally gained the will power to work on my problem
I'm 28 years old, 6 foot 4 inches with large frame and atm 270 lbs 28% body fat now after 3 1/2 months on following.
Exercise / diet is as follows:
I drink water 99% of time, normally 10ish 8oz glasses a day.
Eat a very low carb / fat diet containing mostly vegtables/ fruit and almost zero breads/potatos, no more than 8 oz of lean meat a day.
I drink on average 3 Isopure Zero carb protien shakes a day.
Walk 30 mins twice a day 6 days a week,
Lift weights 5 sets of 10 curls, reverse curls, behind head, standing in front of head.
500 one leg calf raises, 60 crunches. 10 push ups, 5 sets of 15 with 100 lb grippers.
5 static forearm holds with a 80lb weight.
Also attend shotokan classes twice a week 3ish hours a night.

As prior stated looking for supplement suggestions to increase muscle size while continuing to loose weight.

First thing is to make sure youre getting enough protein, if you are dieting to lose fat but keep muscle and get harder and its low carb, you should be getting something in the neighborhood of 1.25 grams of protein per pound body weight, and .75 grams of carbs or under. It didnt look like you were getting enough protein in there for your size. Other than that, hit the cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach for a good 40 minutes maybe 5 days per week and lift 4 days per week. good supplements to take would be as listed:

R-ALA : taken before carb meals
CLA : taken at equal doses 3 times per day
ECA Stack : before meals or before activity or both
L-Carn : before activity and with ECA

Theres a lot of different ways to do this, you should also run a search and see what you get, i know theres some good posts out there that directly talk about this. Good luck
 
I think your best bet would be to do a good cutting phase, your body fat % is way up there. Cut it in half, then start looking into building muscle first.
 
Adding Flax/Fish oil will help you lean out. Also look into HIIT training. You are making a solid effort so far, nice job.
Personally, I dont think CLA or ECA will help you much. I solid routine and diet will make or break you.
 
Update

Thnx for advice, over last 8 days upped my protien intake 100 gm, and started a ECA stack (can't really tell i take it). along with Yohimbine HCl ( think i can feel it)

Down to 20ish BF now :) , and gained 1 inch in forearms and 1.5 in arms.

Figure i should be set in another 6 months or so.

It's decisions like this that change people's lives for the better. You're already on the right path with what you've been doing. Good diet + Hard work in the gym = 99% of the battle...supplements make up the last percent.

i think youre lifting routine is poor.

try doing more compound exercises:

bench
squats
deadlifts
should press
t-bar rows
curls
tricep pull downs

do three sets of each of them (pretty heavy) and you should see way better results...

I also agree with the idea that you should do HIIT (High Intensity Training).

Make sure your cals per day are under 2700.
