Supplement help

Hello everyone,

I need some help deciding what supps to take. Just want to get an idea about what you guys think would be good for me to take. Here are some stats.

ht. 6 ft. 3
wt. 235 lbs.
bf 20% mostly in my midsection

I will be training 3 days a week total body to start. I want to reduce bf but first I want to build muscle and worry about fat loss later. I am an easygainer, obviously in my abdominal area. I have an idea about what i want to use to supplement but I wanted your opinions b/c you guys have alot of knowledge on the board.

I will eat 3 solid food meals daily.

I have not trained for 3 years and I lifted religously during high school for 3 years. stats then:
wt. 200lbs 10-12% bf

Try to eat 6 smaller meals a day. Find out what your cal maintenance level is and eat more than that (500 cal to start) per day. If you really do want to gain muscle see to it that you have at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight as well. Supps to start Creatine, Protein supp (if you dont get enough with your diet), fish or flax oil, and a good multi vitamin.
 
You probably want to lose some of that bodyfat and tone out correct? I'd add some green tea with everything else mentioned and do some high reps in your workouts.
