Supplement help

Hey, I have been lifting for about 3 years off and on and have been all natural. I REALLY like lifting/bodybuilding and am willing to take it seriously but it seems that I can't notice any real growth being all natural. I have increased my strength/size a little bit recently, but was wondering about "outside help." I have seen some posts on decca or dbol (no idea how to spell it) and have no idea what it is. I know its a steroid but have no idea how serious it is. I don't want something that will hurt me down the road......meaning lots of side effects...but on the other hand I just want size and I'm gettin tired/frustrated with being all natural. If you guys could give me some advice that would be great. Thanks!

Eat more and read. You have alot to learn about the game bro...Go to the kitchen and cook up a nice chicken breast and eat it while you read a book about diet and training and you should be ready for a cycle in just a few decades. :)

Yea I know a lot about diet.....but you know how you can never be big enough? Its the same with cars.....you can never have a fast enough car. But anyways thanks but I just can't see myself taking steroids, even tho I'm really curious about them. For now I think I'll adopt creatine and see the gains on that along with tons of protein.

If you're not gaining, I'm sure you're not eating enough. Just try adding 500 cals onto your usual caloric intake and you should start seeing some more gains. Maybe post up your diet and training and we can pick it apart and possibly see where you're going wrong. :)
