I've been researching supps, reading thread after thread and then re-reading questions I've previously asked as well as medical reviews of supps for fat burning. Like this one: Top 30 Weight Loss Supplements
With everything that's happened recently I don't have a lot of money for supps so when I do get to invest in some I need it to be the right one(s). (I know that I'm not the only one with this situation but I'm getting really frustrated.)
I'm sensitive to stimulants, they make my heart race and make me short of breath. (I tried Metabolfe regular and thought I was gonna die!)
Has anyone heard of some of the supps listed on that report? (like the top 5. I've personally taken Hot Rox and noticed a difference.)
How do the AF supps compare to the ingredients in the top 5? (I can read the ingredients but I can't tell you which ones are the same as something else with the different name.)
Here's what I'm taking atm: laugh if you want to, newbies have to start somewhere.
*Flintstone Complete multi vitamin. (Go ahead & laugh it's all I have atm.)
*Calcium w/D - 600mg/125IU
*Vitamin C – 1000 mg
*Gentle Iron – 28 mg (Iron glycinate)
*ON Whey – chocolate w/2% milk. Between 8-16oz per day, usually in the evening.
*Alpha Lipoic Acid - 200 mg (trying to use this one up b4 changing to the combo pill of ALA/ALC)
I want a thermogenic or fat burner to boost my metabolism but not send me to the er! I'm so cornfused !!!!!!!!!
