I'm just curious what supplements you guys are taking and what your results have been.

Please post up your supplement regimens(and AS cycle if you'de like)

I don't think this is a post for the supplement board, since I'm doing some product research on what legal supplements Bodybuilders take along with their Anabolic Steroid cycles.

Please post up.
 
For now, I am just taking protein, creatine, and l-glutamine. A little low on cash now. Would like get some Neurogenex for school, Glucorell, and G-Plenish for next cycle (am off now).
 
Wouldn't it be more beneficial to take Gplenish during your off time?

Protein, Creatine+dextrose postworkout, milk thistle, multivitamin, vitamin C, flaxseed oil, getting some Ginger Root extract for the nasty protein farts.

Acne: Minocin (minocycline) 100mgx2times a day. Triaz wash

AE: 20mg nolvadex eod for bloat control

I am under the impression that most supplements are a waste of money - money which would be better spent on quality foods.

Prolactin is one of the main reasons why males "cum and done". When we shoot our load we tend to role over and need five mins of rest, while enjoying cuddling. This is a result of higher prolactin levels at that moment, much like bromo vitex can negate this.

IE. I blow my load and keep going.
 
I stoped using Flavored/Enriched proteins and now stick to the basic Whey, eggwhite, Casein ect... all flavorless and with no added supps, and haven't had any protein farts at all.... I use to become Toxic using some of the flavored stuff.
 
3 diff mrp's to mix it up:
Prolab lean mass matrix oatmeal cinnamon
Muscle Milk banana creme/rootbeer float

gplenish and v12 when Im off(which is not right now :) )
 
Unflavored, unenriched proteins...will remember that Rick! Its ultimately my roommate that suffers -- hahah.

I don't see too many people posting Multivitamin... what brands are you guys using?
 
Multivitamin: Men's Health One a day.

It has no iron in it. I was reading a lot of negative things about excessive iron intakes so I opted to go with a vitamin without it.
 
How about Glutamine?

any of you guys still using the L- form? or is peptides the new religion?
