I'm getting back into lifting, and I need a boost. I lifted somewhat regularly last year, and I was taking 1-AD. I was happy with my gains, but I injured my neck and back, which prevented me from lifting. Now I am ready to get back into it, but 1-AD is no longer available. Any suggestions on a replacement. I will probably get some creatine w/ ethyl ester, but Im looking for something that is proven to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Need some stats for an intelligent response...off hand, I would say (1) get your diet in check; (2) get plenty of protein/protein supplements; (3) a good multi-vit; (4) you could try some creatine (Ethyl Ester HCL)...

I'm naturaly a small guy. 5'9, 165. When I started working out last year, I weighed 145. I worked out 3-4 times a week pretty regularly. I was getting lots of protien, I still take vitamens, and I watch my diet pretty closely. When I stopped working out I weighed 175. I lost about 12 to 15 lbs after that point. I started lifting again in feb. and I now weigh 165. Im trying to bulk up a lot. thats obvious. But I feel like somethings missing now when I work out, cause I dont take 1-AD anymore. Maybe its in my head, I dont know. Is there any thing I can get similar to 1-AD?

Not that I know of...at least nothing that's legal :)
You could try some of the 6-OXO prods...I think that Patrick
Arnold's company (Ergopharm) makes one. It's supposed to decrease estrogen/increase test. Also, you could take a look at some of the supps that PF (proteinfactory.com) has for increasing test, etc.
Give it a couple more months of hard lifting & then go back and evaluate your progress. If you want to gain, eat, eat eat!!
 
Ya, I took 6-oxo when I was off of 1-AD. It was ok. I'll probably just start with the creatine, and eat my ass off. thanks bro
