yeap, haven't touch the weights in 2 months....just been swimming, running, and doing pull-ups, push-ups, dips, and crunches...and a few obstacle course runs a week. I leave for the SEALs in 5 weeks ;)

I won't actually start till late March/early April now.....gotta go through TPU (Navy classes and such for prior service guys..can last from 2-4 weeks)...then 3 months of "A" School. I should have said I start the PROCESS in 5 weeks. :)

P.S. How was that hike?
 
Ahh outstanding!

The hike wasn't bad either. Nobody fell out, and we ran with loaded (not much though) packs up a hill. I was fucking amazed!

The hard part was keeping everybody's distance. A few guys wanted to bunch up and have a coffee klatch on the road, but we broke it up. :D

It was awesome weather though. Chilly, with dew on the ground and clear skies. Next time, we want to march longer. I was very pleased!

Next time remind them that a grenade has a 5 meter kill radius in all directions.....:p
 
Yeah, we reminded them of that before the march, but they weren't that interested. But it doesn't help when the Major in charge wants to call cadence on a tactical march.

I was thinking "shit, why don't we march naked, it would attract less attention".
