bor I recently did pulups with 45 lb plate.... without the belt... i just took raw chain looped it through the hole and tied it to my waist.... the hardcore way..... the supersize me way...... i supersetted those with some sets of rbeathing squats..... and when my lower back begin convulsing due to the ungodly pain.... I dragged my lazy ass to the hamstring machine and did some intense supersets never before seen in my newbie gym
