my back is basically crap. i have lats that don't grow so width is almost non-existent. no lats = shitty bench, too :/
pullups last week i did BWx10,8,7
squats last week were
225x10,10,9,8
i have been in a holding pattern on squats for about a year now because my legs are/were disproportionate to my upperbody and i heard about it non stop from people. so i don't go heavy on them anymore until i can get the rest of my shit to catch up.
