I've used several of the transdermals at this point and injectibles from the same line and my log shows the results - 12 pounds of fat lost and 12 pounds of muscle gained in a couple months to drop from 14% to 7.5% as of last measurement a couple weeks ago (and definitely leaner since then). I do a ton of cardio as I run endurance obstacle races so being unable to do cardio has not been an opiton at any point in the cycle. Take a look at my log and let me know if you have any questions.
