Thanks to those with civil replies, another forum yielded far too many trolls (omg you noob wtf you'll kill your liver dumbass eat more!!!!!one)...
Hankes, I appreciate the shared knowlege, I will PM you after I have finished some further research on the PCT you advised.
My main concern is the liver damage. I do not drink at all, haven't had alcohol in the liver for 2 years, so I consider that a plus.
I am also considering having bloodwork done pre-cycle and then again post or during. Even though I am lean and eat healthy, I am aware that people are predisposed to different levels of high-density lipoprotiens. I want to my sure my HDL levels stay high enough, and my LDL levels are kept at a safe low.
I am aware that my natural potential has not yet been achieved. Please note that I am not anxious to jump into this, I am more so planning far in advance. I currently document my workouts and diet. I am currently upping my caloric intake with cytogainer, hopefully to 4k+/day. In addition to the kcal increase, I am going to start increasing the weight and lowering my reps. I traditonally enjoy body-weight training such as pullups/dips/pushups and moderate weight for 10 rep sets.
Besides the liver concern, I have read that some have experience lethargy, feeling tired with effects compared to a hangover. This worries me because feeling crappy for 3 weeks, or longer if it carries onto PCT is not worth it to me. I live a healthy lifestyle to look my best, yet also to feel great every day.
I am trying to pack on pounds before I start a cycle. A friend at my gym (who is an identical body type) just started a SD cycle and is reporting rave results. This said friend has not done his research and I am not sure if he has purchased supplements for PCT. I need to make a note of asking him next time I see him, just out of concern for his health. I do want to put muscle on naturally, yet also want to try a SD cycle just to see how my body reacts to it, hoping it can help me pack on that extra 10lbs of lean mass in certain places (shoulders) that will really help my compound movements and help me progress naturally after PCT is finished.
keep the comments coming, even if you think I should -not- do this cycle. I am open to all suggestions.
I have attempted to attach a picture to give people an idea of my body type and why I am looking for some help in packing on some mass.
thanks, Jay
