Superclen and receptors

I have read how the ketotifen in superclen inhibits the down regulation of receptors enabling you to take the clen in it for longer. In doing this, does the ketotifen have any effect on the effects of other drugs (in this case, for example, sust, equi, and winny). I am obviously a little confused as to whether the drugs are targeting the same receptors, and more so, how the ketotifen inhibits their down regulation. Help much appreciated!!
