Sup Guys I need help with my first cycle

Hey guys Ive been workin out for a while but havent gained but about 7 pounds over a year and its just to slow for me .
So this is my info
1 - Age 18 sadly but I still want to go ahead with it
2 - Lifting History about a year serious with a high protein diet
3 - Height about 6 oot
4 - Weight 158-160
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...) lean not bulky just tiny and cut :(
6 - Diet while workin out i was takin 2 high protein weightgainer shakes a day with meals
7 - Goals i wanna just look big with a bit of strength im goin for mostly looks though but i would also like to be strong 60% size 40%strength probly
8 - Proposed cycle (To show that you've at least done a little homework.)
This is where i need help I would really like to just do 1 steroid not 2 or more stacks. Im in oklahoma so sustanon is available around here I was told i could gain 20 pounds in a couple months on just 250mg a week but im open for options. and i also need a post cycle therapy recomendation so i dont get gyno man tits etc..

bro at age 18 your natural testosterone levels are so high you don't need to even think about fucking with steroids

continue to train heavy,take in a lot of protein,eat right and get plenty of rest for at least 3 more years to have a strong foundation to build upon.

What are side effects for taking it early?

and what are some alternative legal supps for me that could help

and when i said skinny i didnt mean skin and bones i look like a small body builder lol all my muscles are cut not really big i just wanna bulk up
 
At the risk of pissing everyone else off here, I will give you what you asked for. You and I both know that you shouldnt be trying steroids yet, but like many of us, you wont listen..so to answer your cycle questions, I would recommend a 12 week cycle of 500mg of test per week. Sustanon is fine for this as well. To increase your gains you might use up to 50mg of d-bol per day too...first cycles should be just test but if you are dead set on it, go for it. Take a good ai while on, I like aramasin, but there are many others that work just fine. Dont forget to plan a proper PCT. You should avoid steroids but i know I didnt when I was a skinny 150lb, 5'11 marine at 18. 7-8 years later I am 225lbs at 11-12% bf(off cycle), cycling once a year, eating right, training daily.
 
Shutting down natural test production - which at your age is already off the charts high. You're basically going to be replacing what your body is already making. I guess if you are going to, and I know you will regardless, maybe running something else is your best bet. Winstrol only maybe? Deca at 200mg per week?

The best legal supps you can use is food. 4000-4500 calories per day spread over 6-7 meals. Read up on post workout nutrition and get yourself on a solid lifting program like bill star 5X5. At your age the calories and your naturally high test levels will give you the same growth you are going to get as using steroids and eating.

Nelson can recommend some sups for you, but you really don't need to throw your money at that stuff yet.

i know i really shouldnt take em but like freak said its hard not to when u are 6 foot 160 :( its also hard when 3 or 4 of your riends have takin them with amazing results like 20 pounds in a few months. it just makes me want to do it more but i would like to know the safest way to go at it since i will probably end up doin it.

well you are a fucking clown if you do. dont expect to get any taller than you are now cause it will stunt your growth. and you are not even close to your natural height/potential yet. the best thing for you is food and supplements not your 3 meal a day shit, 7 meals a day along with 3 protein shakes, train hard and believe me you will grow.

Sustanon 250mg a week for 8-10 weeks
dbol 20mg everyday for 4 weeks, do this and u'll like it a lot
 
You have alot more room to grow at your age and weight.
If diet and training are good then the wait will come, if not it won't come w/ the use of anabolic androgenic steroids either.

and when those friends complain in 10 years about this problem and that problem, who's gonna have it harder then?

seriously, this is no joke here.... let your body grow naturally for a few more years.... learn more about A A S in the meantime.... tune-up your training program... on top of that, EAT EAT EAT...and when you're done, EAT ALOT MORE. Food is one of the most anabolic substances around AND it's LEGAL!

Take a good multi, throw in some creatine, some EFA's, get good sleep. I guarantee you'll grow pretty quickly.... and the nice thing is, you won't lose it all like your friends... I'm sure they'll shrink back down when they're done with their cycles.

have a look here!! personally I wouldn't do it yet if I were you!! mor than likely one of your biggest mistakes was packing in too much protein at one time abnd then longer periods without!! try eating every 2 hours, 3 hours max and take in 40 grams protein each meal and pound a little more upon waking and PWO, make sure you're getting enough carbs and cals also!! I really rec that you wait on the gear... but regardless read the link below and make sure you make an informed decision and should you go ahead and do it you will do it right... but again... you really should wait!! hit up some supps, creatine, glutamine... and eat eat eat!! but be discpiplined and make it good foods!! I'm not saying eat fast food or other junk... though you can have some breaks... but keep it pretty clean!! and train like a madman and get enough sleep!! most people your age will lack the discipline to get the full results of training!! I know alot of young people who train like animals... but then their diet is shit and the hang out all night and get very little rest!! it's kind of just part of being young... but with discipline comes rewards!! easier said than done at that age, I understand... but you are talking about doing serious meds... and so if you think you are ready for that... then you should sure as hell be ready for everything else that comes before it!! good luck... and choose wisely!!

try upping your protein intake and eating another meal through out the day. cmon bro your 18 you can be huge in a year if you just dedicate yourself!

Wait till you "3 or 4 FRiends" lose most of their "amazing results" and have only a few pounds on you a couple months after their post cycle and in just a year - provided they don't juice again, I gaurantee you will be making better gains than they are with better quality muscle. I know the temptation bro - we fuckin all do, but listen to the older guys who really know their shit and WAIT!!! You are so young and your body is producing enough test to get hard-ons from the breeze hitting your leg - take advantage of your natural levels while you can. Want to know the 3 secret ingredients to getting big at 18? TRAIN HARD, EAT LIKE AN ANIMAL (4000 calories minimum), AND REST AND SLEEP A LOT. Thats it bro I'm done - good luck.
