I put in a nice one today. . nothing fancy. . hardcore to the point. . no chains, bands, boxes, or etc. . just the weights
Here is a nice little 45 minute session for a Sunday morning.
CHEST
Incline Dumbbell Presses (50 degrees) - 2 x 10
Incline Barbell Presses (15 degrees) - 2 x 10
DELTS
Seated Barbell Presses - 2 x 10,6
Up Right Rows - 2 x 10
TRICEPS
Lying Tricep Extensions - 3 x 10
BACK
Barbell Rows - 2 x 10
Seated Pulley Rows - 2 x 10
Dumbbell Shrugs - 2 x 12
Hyperextensions - 2 x 25
Notes**
- good sweat!
- nausea after training
- awesome pump
- there was a guy who starting working out in front of me when I was using 110lb dumbbells on the incline dumbbell press. . . pissed me off!! I had to rely on my instinct.
Time to eat 2 cups of oats and down some high quality protein!
