Man, I spent like 5 hours this past Sunday washing and cleaning the shit out of my wife and my trucks! I got burnt pretty bad on my shoulders and back. I mean, ive been burnt worse but this time is still pretty bad. Well, its now 2 days later and i guess its starting to dry up and its fucking itching like a sum bith! I have been puting AloeVera on it for the past two nites but i guess its not helping. I dont know what else to do. Im ready to go run in front of a fucking 18 wheeler! Seriously! Anyone know of anything else to use or yall got any home remedys for me to try? This shit sux balls!

Why you let yourself get that burnt? You ain't never heard of skin cancer?

And seriously dude, a burn that bad you really think 2X a day is going to be enough???

Umm....I think i might have worded it wrong or something. Im not super super burnt up. I just got burnt kinda bad. I mean, just bad enough to get my back red. Not really that big of a deal. And yes, i have heard of skin cancer.

Is it severely itchy?

You could try a anti itch topical. Calamine lotion or the likes. There is also some sprays that are for anti itch that dry faster and don't leave a film like creams and rubs. Or you could stick to the aloe cream.

It should not itch for too long. And soon enough you should have a hell of a nice tan going on!

OK. Thanks Angel! Im gonna try something else now. And, its not like super super itchy, just enough to bug the shit out of ya. But i can deal with it.

Nothing's going to beat pure Aloe Vera gel. Keep applying it liberally & frequently.

I've used an antihistamine as well in the past.

liberal application of tomato juice to the sunburned area always helps me...i'm a "pale male" and burn easily.

something about the acid in the tomato juice neutralizes the sunburn sting.
