My grandma died of skin cancer so this article hit close to home.

Just as too little sun exposure isn't good - too much isn't good either. Everything in moderation.

living in beach towns the past 7 years or so you guys would be shocked how many 'white guys' i know who have had skin growths from too much sun. it really is something you need to take seriously. one guy just had a piece of his ass put on his forehead after having the growth cut out

it really isn't a joke and puts a lot of stress on your body to get sunburned.

I am not a pale guy but I do get sunburned very easily. I have to be super careful right around the start of May when it starts to warm up here. It is so easy to burn when it doesn't feel hot but the sun is out.
