Summer mini cycle Prop/Winny

What's up guys?

Age: 29
Height 5'10
Weight 165
10 -12 % bf

Goals: Harden up a little... look lean on the beach

cycle history:

I've done a few test only cycles, and last year did a test/deca cycle... worked great... kept about 22lbs... then I lost my job, became depressed, ate like poo, and stopped training... I was down to 147lbs, and have worked back up to 165 naturally... I'm lean, and just want a boost for the summer... I am going to do Prop/Winny, and have two ideas in mind...

I have 2 10ml (100mg/ml) bottles of test and 15 50mg winny amps... I also have about 20tabs of clomid...

So I was going to run:

50mg winny Mon/Wed/Fri
100mg prop Mon/Wed/Fri

If I do this, I have enough for 7.5 weeks of test, and 5 weeks of winny... I figured that taking 2 days between shots on the weekend wouldn't kill me...

OR

I could run:

50mg winny EOD
100mg prop EOD

If I did this, then I'd have enough for 6.5 weeks of prop and 4 weeks of winny...


It seems like a low dose of gear... but I'm only 165lbs, and am trying lower amounts, and shorter cycles... I'd be happy to just hang onto the mass I have... while getting harder for the beach...

I plan on using this as a diet guideline:

Days-------Calories---Protein---Carbs----Fat---Cardio
Day 1:-------2990-----250-----250-----110-----45min - low
Day 2:-------2990-----275-----225-----110-----45min - low
Day 3:-------2900-----275-----225-----100-----30min - low
Day 4:-------2810-----275-----225-----90------30min - low
Day 5:-------2810-----275-----225-----90
Day 6:-------3200-----250-----325-----100

Repeat...


What do you guys think?

I just want to know if you think that's enough cals etc... my goals aren't to put on a lot of mass... well I mean any mass would be great... but I basically would be happy with 8 - 10 lean pounds... and a little extra hardness...

I plan on using Creatine/Glutamine/green tea through out...

Oh yea.... and I figure I might not need the clomid on such a short run... however it couldn't hurt to use 50mg/day for 3 weeks at the end?
 
i would run the second option. low dose, but i just did a short low dose test prop/winny cycle and loved it.

YES, you WILL NEED clomid or nolv for PCT. even at low dose for 6 weeks you will be shut down and need PCT to recover. and you need to get more clomid.

day 1 300mg
day 2-11 100mg
day 12-21 50mg

What about the diet etc...? Any advice on that?

Should I start my PCT 3 days after my last shot? Also what sort of results did you get on such a short cycle?

I put on about 10 lean mass pounds. Some people may say different about when to start PCT. Say you finish your prop on Sunday, then time your last winny on Tuesday...then start your PCT On Wednesday

the wait for prop is about 3 days, and 1 day for winny. so time them as i said above
