Goals: Harden up a little... look lean on the beach
cycle history:
I've done a few test only cycles, and last year did a test/deca cycle... worked great... kept about 22lbs... then I lost my job, became depressed, ate like poo, and stopped training... I was down to 147lbs, and have worked back up to 165 naturally... I'm lean, and just want a boost for the summer... I am going to do Prop/Winny, and have two ideas in mind...
I have 2 10ml (100mg/ml) bottles of test and 15 50mg winny amps... I also have about 20tabs of clomid...
So I was going to run:
50mg winny Mon/Wed/Fri
100mg prop Mon/Wed/Fri
If I do this, I have enough for 7.5 weeks of test, and 5 weeks of winny... I figured that taking 2 days between shots on the weekend wouldn't kill me...
OR
I could run:
50mg winny EOD
100mg prop EOD
If I did this, then I'd have enough for 6.5 weeks of prop and 4 weeks of winny...
It seems like a low dose of gear... but I'm only 165lbs, and am trying lower amounts, and shorter cycles... I'd be happy to just hang onto the mass I have... while getting harder for the beach...
I plan on using this as a diet guideline:
Days-------Calories---Protein---Carbs----Fat---Cardio
Day 1:-------2990-----250-----250-----110-----45min - low
Day 2:-------2990-----275-----225-----110-----45min - low
Day 3:-------2900-----275-----225-----100-----30min - low
Day 4:-------2810-----275-----225-----90------30min - low

Repeat...
What do you guys think?
I just want to know if you think that's enough cals etc... my goals aren't to put on a lot of mass... well I mean any mass would be great... but I basically would be happy with 8 - 10 lean pounds... and a little extra hardness...
I plan on using Creatine/Glutamine/green tea through out...
