Summer Cut, Bulk First?

I just came off my second cycle of Dbol and test Cyp. 5 dbol a day for three weeks and 400mg of cyp for 10 weeks.

I want to Cut up for the summer. BUT REALLY GET DOWN into the single digits. I am worried about loosing to much size now. I am currently at about 11 to 13% BF weigh about 203 lbs. Should I bulk and go into a cut? Or just cut?

This would be my Third Cycle. Do you guys think t3 done properly if a safe thing? I really don't want to fuck up my Thyroid.
 
i would never suggest T3 unless you are trying to get to contest shape or using gh. You should be able to get to a reasonalbe everyday bodyfat without using it.
 
Don't use T3...Like JC said, I would not recommend it to anyone that is not competing.

You just finished a cycle, and you want to cut up for the summer. There is only time for one cycle before summer time, so make it a cutter...
 
It is simply not necessary unless you want to go to the extreme of losing fat. ANd it's not worth the risk of fucking up your thyroid just to look good...unless there is money in it for you.
 
Is there any definitive study that indicates that cytomel can cause permanant thyroid deficiency? I'm not saying you're wrong, i've just seen opinions on both ends of the spectrum. Alot have stated that the TSH takes about 6-8 to recover, while others say it may never recover fully. Don't know who is right....
 
I don't know of any definitive studies, but I'll take a look.

The reason I don't recommend it is because it has a direct effect on cardiac function...and it's not worth the risk just to look good.

Unless you fully understand what t3 does to your body (which many people don't even bother to do), I say don't use it.
 
t-3 messed me up for a while. i did a pyramid cycle with it goin up to 100mcg a day i think along with some test and fina. it was holdin my gains back, and the fat i was lossin just wasnt worth it. then after the cycle, i was eatin very healthy, and i gained 20lbs of pure fat. i would diet, and my weight kept goin up. my weight finally stabalized after 3 months. also my t-3 cycle was like 4-6 weeks long, it wasnt like i was usin it for months.

i dont see a problem with clen, but dont expect anything special from it. diet, cardio, and training can not be replaced.
 
No t3

No T3 for me. Looks like I will be dieting really hard. I was thinking for doing some low dose test like one sust a week, with Winny. Debating if I should add Fina or not.
 
JC I was wondering what ype of diet would you recommend for lean muscle gain (and possible fat loss).

Any ideas on drugs?

yeah i try to intake aproximately 90 complex carbs 6 times a day. and 60 grams of protein 6 times a day. along with some good fat. that is my basic day. i would always recommend test/deca for cutting.....all the others i would just do for contest diets.
