Alright, my abs are okay and I am currently on a diet to get my Body fat down. I am also on my first cycle, a light one of QV Test and Deca, 250cc and 300cc a week of each. Anyway, I want to cut my Obliques up so I get that line that runs down to the BOSS that women love so much! I have and all around okay physique but since I have been tryin' to gain some mass and size, like an ASS I neglected to keep up on them. Someone told me if I work them wrong they may get bigger or firmer but not smaller. Anyway, just tryin' to get some opinions on some good all around LOWER stomach routines. Thanks in advance!!
