suggestions on next cycle

I am 35 6ft 2 215 lbs 18% BF
my current bench is around 295
squat i am working out last reps with 315

first let me tell you what i am trying to attain.
I am in the army and i am trying out for a special ops unit (delta) in dec.
right now i am currently in iraq and have been doing alot of running. my current workout looks like this
m,t,thr,fri, run 3 to 5 miles a day depends on how i feel and what i am doing that day.
next
mon-chest ,pushups, dips situps
tue- tri's, legs, situps
thur- same as monday
fri- same as mon

i am trying to not put on any weight and slim down some more while gaining alot of strength. i would like to put 50lb or more on my bench by dec along with 400 squat. my problem is that i am having to do alot of cardio based on the fact that the army is a runners army. strength isnt good if you cant run that is why i dont want to get to much bigger. muscle mass would be fine but excess body weight would hurt me more than it would help me.

any suggestions on my cycle would be appreciated. thanks

are you sure you need a cycle of steroids to do what you want? you aren't asking for a lot of gains it seems, you could probably achieve what you want with diet and changing up your routine. have you cycled before and if so, what and when?

I mean, with those kinds of goals... not wanting to add much size but still add strength and harden up... theres not a whole lot of options available to you at 18% bodyfat.

Running EQ at that high, is just going to be a waste of money, however with your goals that would probably be one of the better compounds to go with. But I highly suggest dialing your diet in as close as you can, and upping the cardio to naturally get down to around 10% if you can. That will then open up more options for you with regards to the goals you have.

Just my opinion tho hehe

yes i have cycled before it was about a year ago and it was a combo of
test-e, deca. and i have been trying to change my diet and have basically stalled and i am going to do a cycle just unsure of what i need to do. i would love to get huge gains i just want to be able to run 4 miles in 32 minutes with the gains though. i was thinking maybe a small cycle something to help in recovery and help with the muscle gains and body fat loss.
 
i was thinking of stacking clen for a 2 day on 2 day off cycle? anavar is a possibility. how will these 2 different compounds affect my recovery time? when i say recovery time remember i am 35 and after a 5 mile run i am basically smoked. something to make me feel 20 again would be great.
 
been doing some reading how does a cycle of clen and anavar sound with maybe some halotestin. what would be a good way to combine these for a good cycle? thanks for the help brothers
 
Ive never used Anavar, but I've heard decent things about it.

I have used Clen for a 2 week run, and plan on doing it again soon. I noticed good weight loss, however it was RIGHT After I came off a cycle and I suspect a considerable amount of it was just waterweight that I was losing.

So I can not provide you feedback on how Clen + Anavar + Halo which I have also never used, would be together.

Most people again dont recommend Clen usage at that high of a bodyfat. However if you plan on using it here is my suggested use.

2 weeks on, then 2 weeks off which is a must to let your beta receptors get back up to speed.

I would start at 20mgs (if youve never taken it). If you can handle the sides, just bump it up 20mgs per day as you can handle it. Keep ramping it up until your 2 weeks hits, then stay off for at least 2 weeks. During this off time, you can substitute another fat burning product such as Thermorexin in there, or another Thermogenic product or ECA/Ephedrine stack... whatever you prefer.

When I finished my 2 week run with LiquiClen my last couple of days I was up to 240mgs, and most people advise not to pass 200mgs.

Thats about all the info I think I can help you with. You should get some more feedback early next week when more people are bored at work like me and browse the forums more. It tends to be somewhat quiet around here on the weekends for the most part.

Leave the Halo out bro.... Var Clen would work Great for what you want, although the Clen will help you cut some BF% but also reduce your gains. If you are going to stack Var with Clen I would Run Var for 12 wks min, and pyramid it up. Peaking around 80mg e/d. Ulter is right on the money here. Leave out the Halo. Run this Var wk 1 40mg ed wk 2 50mg e/d wk 3 60mg e/d wk 4 70mg e/d wks 5-8 80 mg e/d wk 9 70mg e/d wk 10mg e/d 60mg e/d wk 11 50mg e/d wk 12 40mg e/d You can run the clen 2wks on 2 wks off in the middle of the cycle. Make sure you take creatine and glutamine and some EFA's or liver detox. Some will say 12 wks on an oral is too much but Var is the mildest of all orals on your liver so you will be ok. I Ran Var 30-60mg pyramid for 12 wks and had my bloodwork done during and after. Liver was all good. You will see a big kick in strength off this and cut some fat. That's my .02
 
Also if you do run Clen... youre going to NEED L-TAURINE. Otherwise, you wont be able to get up off the floor from the cramps.

I made the mistake of forgetting to take my Taurine one day... i will never make that mistake again hehe
