Suggestions on a Meal replacement

Ok, I'm having a hard time eating six-times a day, even if they are smaller meals, plus it's time-consuming to be cooking all that stuff, So I wanted to replace about 2 of my meals a day with a meal replacement shake, So any suggestions would be nice?

I'm looking for one under $39.99, with no more then 6g's of carbs.

Labrada's Lean Body is my favorite MRP. Mixes very well with water in a shaker bottle and tastes pretty decent. Not sure how the low-carb version is though.

If your looking for a MRP with six grams of carbs or less, than perhaps you should look into a straight Protein powder.

I like Optimum Whey protein.

I used to use MRPs, primarily Protoplex and Myoplex, but wanted a bigger variety of flavors and more control of my macronutrient intake. To do this I have switched to protein powder. I buy plain old vanilla and mix in either some fresh fruit or a half cup of non-fat fruity flavored yogurt for variety. I usually mix two every night, one to drink right away and one to take to work. ***Beware, fresh fruit protein shakes don't keep well overnight!
 
do any of you know any good web sites to order an inexpensive protein powder off of, or is this available at any grocery stores? (I am on a college campus with no car and not in walking/bus distance to a GNC or health food store) I'm looking for basically the same thing, high protein and low carb meal replacement.
