Suggestions for a new cycle?

For those of you that dont know what I look like please check my pic in the members gallery. Iam around 225-230 bf 10% I want to diet down a little bit but also increase some of my core lifts, like deadlift and bench. I have access to almost anything so lets hear some of your suggestions.
 
Well I just came off an 11 month cycle of 250mg of enanthate per week. T levels are back to low end of normal. Looking for something I can run for 8 weeks. Like I said I can get almost anything so suggest what is best.

11 months? or weeks, typo?
 
no months....

I say 1000mg test week
.........800mg primo
.........600mg eq may be that will get ya to a strong 250lbs
you ganna work chest this time?

You're gonna suggest to someone who normally runs 250mg/wk to start running 2.4grams of gear a week?? I hope you're not serious, or you're almost as dumb as he is.

That's quite a big jump... 250mg/wk to 1400mg/wk. Are you sure you're ready for that??
