suggestions for 2nd cycle...test/eq/deca

wussup guys, i just got my hands on 20ml of deca and 20ml of eq. Got hooked up by my training partner who orders in bulk and gave me the deca and eq for free. :) also 20ml of sustaplex left over from a bulk order. i need suggestions for a second cycle preferably using all three of these components. my last cycle was a basic test cycle wit 500mg sust shot 2x a week for 10 weeks running arimidex throughout and clomid and nolva for pct.

here's my stats now:
5'9
177 lbs
10% bf

here's a sample of my diet:
meal 1: 4 egg whites/2 slices whole wheat/ 48g protein shake
meal 2: 48g protein shake
train
meal 3: chicken breast fillet wit broccoli/lots of vegetables/24g protein shake
meal 4: 48g protein shake
meal 5: 97% lean ground beef wit onions and garlic powder (basically i pat it down to a burger)
meal 6: cottage cheese wit 1 tbspn. PB/ 24g protein shake/ 24g casein protein (protein shakes mixed together)

on my cardio days, i only have time in the morning so i just switch meal 1 with meal 2 because im a firm believer in that cardio in the morning will burn more bodyfat when your body has very little glucose. also this works out perfect because i don't like to do cardio on a full stomach. so my cardio/training days would look like this:

meal 1: 48g protein shake
train/cardio

meal 4: 48g protein shake

i also take a multivitamin everyday, doesn't matter what time and i also drink metamucil for fiber to get the GI tract and metabolism on a steady routine. i dont know why but my body digests food very slowly if i dont take metamucil even though i do cardio. example: i eat monday and i dont sh*t til wednesday or early morning thursday. can anyone explain that cuz im really confused if the frequency of bowel movements relate to the speed of one's metabolism. even more confused that im fit and have a slow frequency.

im looking for lean, dry gains as i will be running arimidex throughout. not bulking because i dont get a self-esteem boost off of water weight. i wanna keep my abs you know wat i mean? also, suggestions on pct? i still have a lot of clomid and nolva left.

anyways, i'd really appreciate some input and suggestions on my second cycle. thnx in advance. :D
 
so do all those, should be fun time...If i was you i would just run it 300mg test, 300mg eq and 300mg deca per week for 12 weeks stoping deca at week 10.
