Suggestion for the EF board

I think it would be a good idea to have some kind of a section or forum which is a collection of good educational, informative posts. It is better than "Stickies" which are only temporary and many of the newcomers miss some of the very important and informative posts as they go down very quickly. This way they will just read these reference posts and articles and they won't have ask the same usual questions and face the annoying " First, do a search, Bro " replies. Search is a good tool but most of the time you can't easily find what you're looking for.

If the mods collect and choose those type of posts, it would be very useful for everyone. You know that some of the other anabolic forums have this already and I find them quite useful.

What do you think?

Wow, that costs money too..huh? Why does anyone have to pay just to see a collection of good posts whereas most of similar boards have that feature for free. It was just for a good cause which will make the board much better for everyone.

IMHO, it should not be limited just for Platinum members.

No, I don't have a better idea, but I think my point was not understood clearly. I've never said everything that platinum membership offers should be free. I just say an archieve of useful posts could be open to everyone which will also save lots of bandwidth as same old questions won't be asked and answered hundred times in a week.

Plus i am sure that taking out this feature from Platinum area won't effect membership income so much. We all know that Mr. Spellwin also uses this board for the sales of all other stuff, information, supplements, reports/consultation, etc. So having an extra helpful feature can be complimentary and a nice gesture

I tend to agree. I dont think the " Best of Elite" should be for plat members only!

I think the Best of Elite section is one of the primary reasons one would become Platinum. I figure it this way, the information I've gathered from this site, contacts learned and friends met are worth 100x what I've paid to be Platinum.

This site isn't run off some co-lo server space run by a 19yr old like many other boards. EF has the highest amount of users and thus requires a lot of money to keep online.

I gotta agree, considering the amount of bandwidth, and therefor money, it costs to keep this site going, I understand why george needs to do these things to bring in some coin.
The part that annoys me though is that the most amount of posts, and therefor most amount of bandwidth used, is on the chat board, where I never see any platinum members, and most of them don't even work out, which means they don't buy any of georges products either!!!
