I am looking for some advice on what I should do with my next cycle.
My past has included only 1 cycle where I did 500/sus 300/deca per week for 3 mos. I started off around 180 when i started the cycle in September, and now, today, i am around 205 lbs, with some really awesome gains.. very noticable lean muscle increase.
I'm 6'2, a hard gainer, and not much body fat (havent gotten that checked yet). (off, if i eat like a pig, i still dont gain much bf.. I have a crazy metabolism)
I've managed to date to keep my strength, if not have it increased, and no size loss I can tell yet.
What would anyone recommend I do next? Im looking to start another cycle around March.. My goal is to hit around 220-225 lbs. lean.
