I was looking at some at the grocery store and noticed there's no sugar but there is sugar alcohol. What exactly is sugar alcohol? As well, is it okay to have on my whole grain waffles?
what kind of sugar alchohol........if malitol...don't worry if you have no stomach upset........malitol does have a moderate affect on blood glucoe compared to close to zero affect with erythritol
