It is a great dessert. I also eat the sugar free pudding (use skim milk).

Hansel, have you tried their natural pb? Their crunchy is the best tasting I've found yet, and its cheap.

You're welcome. Let me know if you like it. I may be the only one, but it taste alot better than smuckers to me. Some of the kroger brand stuff is good. I like thier plain yogurts also. They taste the same as the Dannon brand.

That suger free - zero carb jello has ASPARTME (sp?) in it.
ASPARTME is proven to KICK you out of ketosis!

Trust me, When I started keto for the first time, I ate a lot of this sugar free jello for the first 3 days and NEVER went into keto!
Those first 3 days, I didnt take in 1 single carb - ate ALL meat and still couldnt get into keto, I was confused!
Then, I learned on a another board that aspartme will either prevent you from getting into the keto state or even kICK you out of it.
STAY AWAY!
