Sucks not being "on" right now?...Bulls**t.

This Pisses me OFF!!

I have came along way since i was a freshman in high school. I run into a guy i hadnt seen in four fucking years. The first thing he tells me is "What have you been sticking in your ass?"
I looked at him and said "What the fuck did you say?" He didnt respond. I told him I bust my ass day in and day out.

I work harder than anyone in my gym, and that is the shit i get for my mother fucking dedication?:(
 
JB - awesome post. I last juiced 10 years ago and had great results. Since then, I have sometimes had spectacular natural gains (and yes, I used muscle tech supps a couple times - don't flame me). Even without supplementation, going to the gym on a consistent basis along with eating enough food for gains, and getting rest, has netted good results. All this shit like smoking and drinking has been nothing but a setback - unfortunately thats what a girlfriend will sometimes drive you to do =)

I am all with ya though - I am now back in the gym 5 days a week, no more smoking, no supplementation. and growing again, and feeding off the pump. I am back up to 190 at 5'11 which may not sound like shit to most of ya, but I carry it well.

I am getting ready to do a new cycle just to reach my goal of 210 pounds while maintaining my current bodyfat level. But juice or no juice - Ya ain't gonna get squat without busting your ass and being dedicated in the gym towards acheiving your goal.

Hey golfer18, I know exactly what you mean. After i put on about 40 lbs naturally, skinny guys were asking me what i was on. On? I'm on a shitload of self-determination and a ton and a half of food per day. That's what I'm on. Other say, "man you got really good genetics". I just stopped answering people and just listened to jc21 and my other training parters about my physique. We're the only ones who know about the work it takes to get stacked. Oh, and for those of you who don't know, that IS jc21's pic he posts on his replies. That's about 40 lbs of natural bodybuilding too!

I can't stand hearing newbies say "What roids were Arnold on so that I can be like him?" Some people think that all gains come from gear and look right over the training/diet/supplementation aspect of bb. The ones that believe that will be the same exact group that gains a lot while on (bf as well) and then loses it all as soon as they get off.
 
Great post man, I am with you 100%. Yes, I cycle (on occassion) but I do also work my ass of in the gym 4 days a week, and do even more work on my diet all 7.

I guess you can look at it from the other side, people think that just because you cycle or have cycled that you are somehow cheating. You cant get the great body that the guy with the 37" waist was hoping for without dedication, dieting, lifting and more dedication.

Isnt cycling just supposed to help you get overe the hurdles you face along the way?
 
I knew there was a good group of guys in this board! Yeah musclepup, I think so. I pumped for 4 years naturally and maintianed the same weight for another 8 months. I have never lost size, lost strength, or gained bodyfat. I just make my gains slowly but surely, and yes, the gear is great every now and again to blow you through some sticky points. I know I'll never be one of those bodybuilders that started natrually, got into juice, then became a full time juicer that loses everything when he comes off. I'll never depend on it. Only use it.

Our bodies are like cars, and juice is nitrous. You've got to build your muscle car before you put nitrous on it. There's too many dudes with Pintos trying to go fast with juice. It doesn't work that way.

people don't realize i say unnatural, they think I say natural. There are two types of people who juice idiots or people who respect the drug. If you get gains naturally then stick to it if not then maybe you want to juice to get past a plateua. But all in all you need to put in the time, and effort.....
 
I think I'd have to disagree. I still think lifting without gear sucks. Its ok for the first 5yrs. or so because I could put on mass pretty fast and put on about 50lbs. in the first few yrs. I think steroids don't get the credit they deserve I mean sure proper diet and traning is good but proper diet traning + steroids makes all the diffrence in the world. Besides I want to be big while I'm young and still have a pretty face to go with my great body.:D
 
Hey JB, I think you read me wrong. I never said anything about being unmotivated. I'm at the gym 4-5-6 days a week and making great gains off the juice. Just because I'm off doesn't mean I don't train. I was simply ststing that when you have a cycle planned you can't wait to start up again. I could never use roids again and it wouldn't bother me. I lift for the sport and for the results of hard work.
