What do you guys use to substitute for Veg. oil?
I am amazed to find out that all oils are basically 120c/tbsp!
Canola oil is high in mono-fats (good) and the lowest in saturated fats (bad)
I have used olive and butter for most things.
But what about when frying things up like potatoes that I shreaded on a grader in the morning?
