Substitute for Vegtable Oil..

What do you guys use to substitute for Veg. oil?
I am amazed to find out that all oils are basically 120c/tbsp!
Canola oil is high in mono-fats (good) and the lowest in saturated fats (bad)
I have used olive and butter for most things.
But what about when frying things up like potatoes that I shreaded on a grader in the morning?

Olive oil when I cook and Extra Virgin on salads.


I can't believe you still use Veg. oil, get rid of that stuff.

Hey I didn't realize veg oil was soooo freaking bad for you. And you can't use olive oil for everything! Canola oil is almost as good for you as olive from what I have been reading it has half of the saturated fat that olive oil has less mono-unsaturated fat.
