Clomid and Nolvadex occupy the estrogen receptor.
Proviron blocks estrogen production I believe.
I don’t know Arimidex’s mode of action, but it effectively blocks estrogen.
Therefore, since it is estrogen that suppresses the hypothalamus following a cycle. It is estrogen that must be blocked. By blocking estrogen, LH flows once more… More LH when estrogen is blocked = more testosterone.
Therefore, clomid, nolvadex, arimidex and maybe proviron – are all good for post-cycle recovery.
