Stupid r-ala q

Stupid but i really want some opinions. I am wondering how much r-ala or ala people are taking on thanksgiving. What is the most you guys have taking at once and how did it work or feel. I have never taken more than 300mg at once. and i don't know how much difference it made because it was only once.

I would suggest using 100mg when you get up. Then 200mg before you start picking at the food an hour before it's even put on the table. 200mg when you sit down to eat. 200mg when you have Turkey sandwiches later that night.

lol. make sure you eat the carb heavy foods though....like mashed potatoes and corn and stuffing....:D....don't go heavy on the turkey and prime rib and take the ALA. lol.........you might pass out at the dinner table.
 
Who's planning on going heavy tomorrow to get in a really good session before the big EATS day?

As for me... going REALLY hard tomorrow at the gym and eating and resting and eating some more Thursday.

yeah chest and back day for me tommorow. then Thanksgiving is supposed to be leg/trap/forearm day...but it'll get bumped up a day. :D pats on the TV and everyone is coming to my house with food. mom said prime rib......... so no W/O that day. :)
