lol, i was doing my deadlifts on my back day but i recently switched up my routine and am doing sumos for awhile on my leg day. My back day is the day before my leg day, my question is is it bad to be doing it on the day after i hit my upper back super hard which results in my lats sore? Am i going to be pre-fatigued going into my DLs?
 
yeah, sumos hit your legs a lot more than regular deadlift and utilize less of the back, thats why i was gonna do them on my leg day, im just concerned with how fatigued my lats will be.

give it a shot one week. If you feel more fatigued, then don't do it but if you feel fine then go for it. I think if anything, it will effect deadlifts if you do them on back day.
