Stupid question: how do I give karma?

Sorry but I couldn't find the info and after lurking around for 5 months I feel kinda bad about not giving out karma to the people who have helped.

Don't worry about it your karma only comes out grey anyway bro until you have quite positive karma and have at least 100 posts(I think 100 posts).

This sucks I have only 40 points when I used to have about 1500 karma points. I had over 5k posts too.
