Stupid Question, But I've Got To Ask...........

I'm always looking for variation in my clean diet and I was wondering, wouldn't sushi be pretty healthy? I usually eat the california rolls which consist of rice, seaweed, avocado, cucumber, and imitation crab. Seems pretty healthy.

Unless you're on a no- or low-carb diet, I think it's fine. The only questionable aspect is the white rice, which you shouldn't eat if you're really trying to cut. But otherwise, go for it.

So white rice is bad when cutting? I usually have a 1/2 cup of white rice with my meal after my workout. Is that ok? or is it really hurting my cutting?

after a workout white rice is reasonable but many will say HIGH PROTEIN meal alone or DEXTROSE and PROTEIN

White rice is a high GI carb which is not the best for cutting. It won't destroy an otherwise good diet, but brown rice is much better.
