It is essential that you have REAL food as your main source of protein but on days where you don't have the time maybe have 1 more but try plan and prepare your foods in advance. exactly. many people say that it takes to long time to eat real food, so they eat mostly protein bars and protein shakes..but how ever good they are, they cant substitute real food. and most of them are very low in carbs..and Al, carbs are your friend
