Why do people cycle AS and PH for say, 6-8 weeks? Why not a week on and a week off, or 2-3 weeks on and take a break? Wouldn't this make the crash a lot softer? Or does it take a week or so for the test levels to build up before gains start, so quitting after 2 weeks would be pointless?
