Stupid Muscle Spasms

Damnit , was shooting in my glutes today when all of the sudden I got a little spasm. I was like umm ok and continued. It did it a second time, a little more violent this time so I eased up off the needle.

The third time it did it damn needle came shooting out. Flew halfway across the room. Was the weirdest shit like my ass had a mind of its own.
what a waste of a shot, most of the shit came out , i changed the needle on the syringe and shot the rest in the other as cheeek. what the hell are those muscle spasms about?

your just hitting a nerve thats all. just move a bit to the side and reshoot. If it does it again move it again. Or, maybe you have a nervous ass..

Yea you just hit a nerve. You can find injection guides on some of the boards. Watch for your ciatic (sp) nerve!

I get cramps when I try and reach my left glute, sooooo


I always have to streach a lot before I shoot in the left cheek sounds crazy, but it's better than the alternative.

Had a similar thing happen two weeks ago in my left cheek, just didn't stretch enough, in a hurry.

This may sound strange but I lay down on the bed and shoot glutes. It just seems easier.
