Stupid ALA question

The ALA all u guys talk so highly about.....can u buy it at your local GNC store? and is it called ALA on the bottle or do u find it in other supp's?

there are no stupid questions....

you can get it at gnc altho they onhly have 50 mg and 100 mg caps... they are house brand and come ina grey bottle...

you can find it in almost any health food store.. though it will be cheaper online
