I've been eating enough protein to gain a pound or two a week but I would like to add some more cals to my diet. My body doesn't store fat too easily so I need some suggestions on some really high calorie foods. I need the food to be packed with cals because I'm pretty stuffed already from tuna, red meat, peanut butter. Any other ideas on some real high bulk'n foods. Those high calorie shakes makes me run to the bathroom a few minutes after drinking them. so I would like to avoid those.
