Stuffed from protein I need more cals

I've been eating enough protein to gain a pound or two a week but I would like to add some more cals to my diet. My body doesn't store fat too easily so I need some suggestions on some really high calorie foods. I need the food to be packed with cals because I'm pretty stuffed already from tuna, red meat, peanut butter. Any other ideas on some real high bulk'n foods. Those high calorie shakes makes me run to the bathroom a few minutes after drinking them. so I would like to avoid those.

if you are gaining a pound or two a week of LBM i would just keep doing what you are doing...

1 tbsp flax seed oil 130 carbs =0 pro = 0 fat = 14g

you could easily add calories adding flax, and the EFA's are sooooo good for you...
 
Flax is a good idea. With the foods i eat I feel calories are a little low. I just started working out again and I'm down 30lbs from a year ago. I kind of want to gain some fat for a while along with quality pounds. I feel I missed some gains from to clean of diet in the past.
