I hate when this happens...you start your cycle, you get sick. Well i've only done two cycles, both orals..and both times during the second week i get sick as f*ck. Pisses me off. Here are a few supplements you can take that can cut your cold/flu in half, hopefully eliminating it as soon as possible. It took mines away pretty quickly...
Echinacea 1000-1500mgs (2 capsules 3 times daily)
Elderberry (helps immune system function) 3000mgs (2 caps 3 times daily)
Zinc (there is one zinc product by Nature's way, that includes vitamin C and Echinacea, good for cold season defense) 120mgs or 1 tab every 2-3 hours, no more than 6/day for no more than a week.
Vitamin C last but not least, unless one of the above supplements contain vitamin C, (I added some anyways) but it is vital during cold season to help boost immune system. Anywhere from 1000-3000mgs/day (2-6 500mg tabs a day)
this should get you up and lifting again..
