According to the following study:

http://jcem.endojournals.org/cgi/content/full/86/10/5067

acetaminophen and ibuprofen reduce exercise efectiveness, by decreasing prostaglandin biosynthesis.

Pretty logical from ibuprofen and other NSAID antinflamatories, but surprising from acetaminophen.

I will have to look for something else, as i take acetaminophen to relieve steroid induced headaches...

aint much left for headaches except caffeine that works for me

ibuprofen and acetaminophen will destroy recovery in a heartbeat. Stay away from that shit. Secondly, if you are getting headaches your overdoing sothing bro, don't mask it with pain killers.

certainly will. Its been discussed with great detail in the avant forums. Aspirin, from what i've read, is ok.
