Studies and info on long term TRT

I would like to know if there is any studies on the safety of long term TRT meaning like 20 years. Or hear from people that have been on for over 15 years and if you still have a good sex drive, good prostate health, ect... And do you have to keep increasing the dose over the years to keep your levels in normal range? In other words does your body get used to it at all over time. I understand you don't feel the same as you do the first few months and you get used to it in that regard, but as far as your levels go. I have read several "long term studies" of 2 years or so, but I just wondered about people that have been on 20 years.

Your likely not going to find anyone here who has been on trt for 20 years but even if you did your questions are a bit misguided.

Health in general declines as we age, by in large due to nutritional deficiencies that have gone unmet for years. Taking external hormones is not going to overcome these deficiencies so just because you have declining health (ie prostate, sex drive etc etc) 20 years after having started TRT doesnt really mean anything.

Your not going to keep increasing the dose over the years to remain at the same test level, doesnt work that way, your body doesnt become "used to it". Testosterone, like all hormones is a chemical messenger that tells your cells to do stuff. Once again without proper nutrients to perform the function the chemical messenger is telling the cells to do it doesnt matter how much messenger there is, the results will diminish even if the chemical messenger is not.

Most people are chronically nutrient deficient and by that I mean they are not getting the nutrients needed for OPTIMAL health. And by optimal health I mean they are not getting enough to overcome the electron deficiency imposed by toxins, oxidative stress etc etc.

Over the years damage occurs and things just dint function properly. This is by and large why they ended up on trt in the first place.

None of the long term TRT studies take nutrition into account now will they likely ever because scientists and doctors are ignorant on the true nutritional needs of the body. Instead of looking at the body and optimizing nutrition/supplementation to bring the body to its healthiest state and then treating with drugs, they simply dole out drugs like pez to address symptoms.
