Student attacks 19 classmates with needle

So this one kid who got HIV -- can he legally now kill this fucking kid for ruining his life?

If i was the father -- i'd send the kid back to school with a gun. Like anyone's gonna jail a kid for killing another kid who gave him HIV.

i would take that students life

so they tested them immediately after getting pricked?

dont they usually wait a couple months to let it incubate.

That kid should be stoned to death, cause that'd be cool to watch.

Don't worry. That kid probably has 10 more years he can stalk and kill that kid and he's still a minor and can get away with it.

If i was 9 and some kid gave me HIV and fucked my life forever -- he's dead. Sooner or later -- he's dead.

yeah, I'd kill that f*cker too. He gave you a life sentence, you'll take his in return.

I saw motorhead with morbid angel a few years back in anaheim, such an awesome show!

you can't just get HIV can you? i thought someone has to be infected with it in order to give it to someone else?!?? either way that's still messed up,the only thing that doesn't make sense is how they found out he had it so soon.

it's highly unlikely that it would've shown up that quickly. the kid was probably already infected. but, it was a preliminary test, and there's a good chance it was a false positive. if HE was infected however, there is a possibility that the virus could've been spread to the other kids.

The kid didn't "attack" the other children. Yes there is a chance of getting HIV from a needle stick, but it is very rare, and I believe they said that it has never happened outside of a hospital setting. As for the child who tested positive, if it comes back a true positive test, then he/she already had the virus, you don't get stuck by a needle, then test positive days later because of it.

Just think if the HIV kid was stuck first, and the needle was shared with the other 18.

yeah, this kid probably already had it if he tested positive so quickly but it seems amazing he wouldnt be medicated already unless he's been needlesticked himself....but even if it is lowish risk its still fucking scary

like razor said I'm sure if anyone gets it ecause of this that kid and his family are going to have to go into hiding

if you have hiv your life isn't ruined.. magic johnson seems fine..

I agree, the kid didnt attack them, but they just went around poking ppl in the butt and stuff and thought it was funny. Its like when you were at school pricking ppl with a tack......you didnt think bout the consequences you just thought it was funny watching them jump
altho this child went wayy too far

you attacked people with thumbtacks??

:worried:

That's really sad.

I just read today that people who think they may be newly infected (slept with someone, cut etc.) can undergo a superintense treatment of the same stuff aids patients take to stay alive. Something like an 80% success rate in neutralizing the virus. I'll see if I can find it again.
