Stuck!!!!!!!!

I have been on the Atkins diet now for 2 months. The first 2 weeks i dropped weight fast. Mostly water and some fat. Now my weight is stuck and not going up or down. Is there any way to shock my system into overdrive. Even when i check my Ketones with the stick, it reads Trace. Help!!!!!!!!!
 
Your body becomes accustomed to the lack of carbs after 60 days or so...

what I suggest you do is to have a "carb up" just for 48 hours... one weekend.

This will shock your body... don't worry... you won't really put on weight
from doing this for one weekend... and then return to your normal low carb
eating habits
 
Yes thats the best thing... shock your system by giving it what
it doesn't expect...

then jumpstart it back into fat burning mode on low carb... works
everytime
